Wi-Fi running slow? +
Restart the modem and router once, move closer to the router, and test one device by Ethernet if possible. Don’t factory-reset equipment until you have your provider login details.
PC will not start? +
Check power, outlet, and charger first. Disconnect non-essential USB devices. If there are repeated beeps, burning smell, swelling battery, or liquid damage, stop and contact us.
Camera is offline? +
Confirm power and Wi-Fi first. Note any indicator lights, app message, and the camera model before you reach out—those details make a remote diagnosis faster.
Before remote support +
Save your work, close private documents you do not want viewed, and stay present during the session. HandyTech only asks for a temporary support code during an appointment you requested.
Starting a DIY build? +
Send the product link, a photo of the space, and what success looks like. We can help validate tools, materials, safety, and the realistic next step.
Refer someone to HandyTech +
Send them your project link or share HandyTech’s contact page. Ask them to mention your name when they contact us, and we’ll track the referral when we set your rewards program.
